Shipping policy

We expect to ship all orders within 2-3 days of purchase; however, we kindly request customers to allow a maximum of 10 business days for dispatch. 

All items are handmade and we would like to ensure we are providing customers with high quality products therefore orders will not be rushed. 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdeliveries or non delivery of any orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. 

Reporting lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within 14 days or if it arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at customersupport@inzaprints.com with your order number and pictures of the items condition (if applicable). We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving such issues promptly and effciently to ensure your satisfaction.
